The 3 Series hood runs nearly to the grille, and stones that skip the bumper scatter across its front third. On a sedan the hood is at eye level when you approach.
Fender edges behind the wheels
The front wheels throw sand onto the trailing fender edge and the rocker behind it. Full front covers the fender; the extended package picks up the rocker.
Headlights and mirror caps

G20 AND THE 2023 FACELIFT
The 2023 LCI changed the headlights, the grille, and the bumper, so a 2023 and later M340i uses a different pattern from a 2019 to 2022 car. Carbon mirror caps also need their own piece. We confirm the year and options before we cut.
SENSORS AND CAMERA WINDOWS
Parking sensors sit in the bumper and the camera for the surround view is in the nose. All of them are cut out before the film is applied, and the driving-assistance camera behind the windshield is untouched.
CORRECTION BEFORE FILM
An M340i that has been through a dealer prep usually has light swirls. We do a paint enhancement pass before the film goes on so the finish under the film is as good as it will ever be; the film then locks that finish in.
