Why this coverage
WHY FULL FRONT PPF + CERAMIC COATING FITS THE TOYOTA 4RUNNER TRAILHUNTER 2026
The new 4Runner Trailhunter has a tall hood, a large upright grille surround, and a high-clearance bumper with painted corners that catch gravel from every truck ahead on the highway. Full front covers the hood, both fenders, the painted bumper corners, mirrors, and headlights, with the pattern cut around the front camera, sensors, and the Trailhunter's snorkel-style intake on the hood. The self-healing top coat handles trail brush scratches. The ceramic coating over the film and the rest of the body keeps mud and pollen from bonding to the matte-look trim and makes a big SUV quick to rinse.
HOW THE INSTALL WENT
- 01Two-bucket wash, iron decontamination, and clay bar so nothing is trapped under the film.
- 02Computer-cut STEK patterns for the Toyota 4Runner Trailhunter 2026, with edges wrapped or tucked where the panel allows so there is no visible edge.
- 03Wet install, squeegee-out, and a heat set on every edge so the film stays put through Virginia summers and car washes.
- 04Panel wipe and ceramic coating applied to the film and the paint, then cured indoors before the car goes home.
- 05Final inspection under our lights, aftercare walkthrough, and warranty registration.
Questions
TOYOTA 4RUNNER TRAILHUNTER 2026 FAQ
The hood pattern is cut around the intake so the film sits flat on the hood and the intake stays exactly as delivered. The fenders and bumper are unaffected.
Full front PPF is a one-day install. Adding a ceramic coating means a full paint decontamination and cure time, so plan on two days for the Toyota 4Runner Trailhunter 2026. We confirm the schedule when you book.
We install STEK paint protection film with a 12-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and bubbling. The top coat self-heals light scratches with heat from the sun or warm water.
