Why this coverage
WHY FULL FRONT PPF + CERAMIC COATING FITS THE KIA SELTOS
The Seltos has a tall hood and a big, upright grille surround, so the painted bumper edges and hood chip quickly on Route 28. Kia's paint is on the thinner side, and a repaint costs a large share of what the car is worth, which makes the math on PPF easy. Full front covers the hood, bumper, fenders, mirrors, and headlights, and the self-healing top coat takes care of the light scratches a commuter car collects. The ceramic coating over the film and the rest of the paint keeps the car looking new with a rinse and protects the resale value the owner cares about.
HOW THE INSTALL WENT
- 01Two-bucket wash, iron decontamination, and clay bar so nothing is trapped under the film.
- 02Computer-cut STEK patterns for the Kia Seltos, with edges wrapped or tucked where the panel allows so there is no visible edge.
- 03Wet install, squeegee-out, and a heat set on every edge so the film stays put through Virginia summers and car washes.
- 04Panel wipe and ceramic coating applied to the film and the paint, then cured indoors before the car goes home.
- 05Final inspection under our lights, aftercare walkthrough, and warranty registration.
Questions
KIA SELTOS FAQ
If you plan to keep the car, yes. A repaint costs a large share of the car's value, and the film plus coating keeps the factory paint intact for the 12-year warranty period.
Full front PPF is a one-day install. Adding a ceramic coating means a full paint decontamination and cure time, so plan on two days for the Kia Seltos. We confirm the schedule when you book.
We install STEK paint protection film with a 12-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and bubbling. The top coat self-heals light scratches with heat from the sun or warm water.
