Why this coverage
WHY FULL FRONT PPF FITS THE 2026 MAZDA CX-90
The CX-90's long hood and tall grille put a lot of painted surface in the gravel stream, and Mazda's Soul Red and Machine Gray paints are among the hardest to touch up because of their layered finish. Full front covers the hood, both fenders, the bumper, mirrors, and headlights, and the pattern is cut around the front radar, camera, and parking sensors. The self-healing STEK top coat takes care of the light scratches a three-row family SUV collects in parking lots. Filmed on delivery, the front end will still be chip-free at the end of the 12-year warranty, which is exactly what the owner wanted for a car they plan to keep.
HOW THE INSTALL WENT
- 01Two-bucket wash, iron decontamination, and clay bar so nothing is trapped under the film.
- 02Computer-cut STEK patterns for the 2026 Mazda CX-90, with edges wrapped or tucked where the panel allows so there is no visible edge.
- 03Wet install, squeegee-out, and a heat set on every edge so the film stays put through Virginia summers and car washes.
- 03Final inspection under our lights, aftercare walkthrough, and warranty registration.
Questions
2026 MAZDA CX-90 FAQ
Especially on Soul Red. The layered finish is expensive to repair and hard to match, so keeping chips off the factory paint is far cheaper than fixing them later.
Most full front PPF installs on a 2026 Mazda CX-90 are done in one day. Extended coverage or paint correction can add a day; we confirm timing when you book.
We install STEK paint protection film with a 12-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and bubbling. The top coat self-heals light scratches with heat from the sun or warm water.
