Why this coverage
WHY FULL FRONT PPF + CERAMIC COATING FITS THE 2024 MERCEDES GLE 53 AMG COUPE
The GLE 53's AMG front bumper is one wide, low intake with painted splitter edges that sit exactly where gravel from the car ahead lands, and the Panamericana grille surround chips on its painted lip. Full front covers the hood, both fenders, the bumper including the splitter edges, mirrors, and headlights, with the pattern cut around the sensors and the front camera. Mercedes paint is hard but the AMG colors are expensive to blend, so a chip means a costly repair. The ceramic coating over the film and the rest of the body keeps brake dust from the AMG brakes rinsing off the paint and the big wheels.
HOW THE INSTALL WENT
- 01Two-bucket wash, iron decontamination, and clay bar so nothing is trapped under the film.
- 02Computer-cut STEK patterns for the 2024 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG Coupe, with edges wrapped or tucked where the panel allows so there is no visible edge.
- 03Wet install, squeegee-out, and a heat set on every edge so the film stays put through Virginia summers and car washes.
- 04Panel wipe and ceramic coating applied to the film and the paint, then cured indoors before the car goes home.
- 05Final inspection under our lights, aftercare walkthrough, and warranty registration.
Questions
2024 MERCEDES GLE 53 AMG COUPE FAQ
Yes. The bumper pattern extends down to the painted splitter edges, which take the most gravel on an AMG bumper. Unpainted black trim is left as is.
Full front PPF is a one-day install. Adding a ceramic coating means a full paint decontamination and cure time, so plan on two days for the 2024 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG Coupe. We confirm the schedule when you book.
We install STEK paint protection film with a 12-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and bubbling. The top coat self-heals light scratches with heat from the sun or warm water.
