Why this coverage
WHY FULL FRONT PPF FITS THE 2025 JEEP RUBICON
A Rubicon spends its weekends on trails where branches, rocks, and gravel hit the hood and fenders, and its weekdays on the highway where trucks throw stones at the same panels. Full front covers the hood, both fenders including the painted flares, the painted bumper surfaces, mirrors, and headlights, with the pattern cut around the hood latches, vents, and windshield hinges. The self-healing STEK top coat is the reason to film a trail rig: brush scratches on the hood and fenders disappear in the sun. Filmed new, the paint stays factory under the film and the owner can wheel it without watching the hood.
HOW THE INSTALL WENT
- 01Two-bucket wash, iron decontamination, and clay bar so nothing is trapped under the film.
- 02Computer-cut STEK patterns for the 2025 Jeep Rubicon, with edges wrapped or tucked where the panel allows so there is no visible edge.
- 03Wet install, squeegee-out, and a heat set on every edge so the film stays put through Virginia summers and car washes.
- 03Final inspection under our lights, aftercare walkthrough, and warranty registration.
Questions
2025 JEEP RUBICON FAQ
The film covers painted body panels. Steel bumpers are powder-coated and not filmed; the painted hood, fenders, flares, and mirrors are where the film goes.
Most full front PPF installs on a 2025 Jeep Rubicon are done in one day. Extended coverage or paint correction can add a day; we confirm timing when you book.
We install STEK paint protection film with a 12-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and bubbling. The top coat self-heals light scratches with heat from the sun or warm water.
