1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the website at skylinecustomshop.com ("Site") or by engaging Skyline Custom Shop ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any automotive protection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. SERVICES

Skyline Custom Shop provides automotive protection services including but not limited to Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, window tinting, and vinyl wraps at our facility located at 4215 Walney Rd Suite R, Chantilly, VA 20151.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service pricing is subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of your appointment or quote.

3. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible in such cases.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as posted at our facility. All prices are in US dollars.

For large projects, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the Company cancels the appointment.

5. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS

Specific warranty terms vary by service and product. Any warranties provided are limited to the terms explicitly stated at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, environmental factors, or modifications made after service.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Custom Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. VEHICLE CONDITION

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to authorize services on the vehicle. You agree to disclose any known pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions prior to service.

Skyline Custom Shop is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions that may be revealed or affected during the service process. We will make reasonable efforts to document the condition of your vehicle upon intake.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Skyline Custom Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
